Veterinary College, Gadag, Karnataka was established in the year 2017 and began functioning from its own building on September 25, 2017. It is one of the constituent colleges under the Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU). Veterinary College, Gadag offers the undergraduate course Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. & A.H). The annual intake capacity for the programme is 50 students, and the course is conducted as per the Minimum Standards of Veterinary Education (MSVE) regulations laid down by the VCI.
